I come to Thee, dear Lord,

My heart doth thirst for Thee;

Of Thee I’d eat, of Thee I’d drink.

Enjoy Thee thoroughly.

Just to behold Thy face,

For this my heart doth cry;

I deeply long to drink of Thee

My thirst to satisfy.

Thy glorious, radiant face

My heart delights to see;

Here I’d abide and ne’er depart,

Beholding constantly.

In such a fellowship

Thou, Lord, art grace to me;

My heart and spirit gladdened, filled,

I enter rest in Thee.

Lord, I would linger here,

Still seeking after Thee,

Continue in the Word and prayer

Till Thou dost flow thru me.

588-주께 가까이 와

1- 주께 가까이 와 주 얻길 갈망해

주 먹고 마셔 주님을 누리-기 원하네

2- 주 얼굴 뵙기를 내 맘 사모하여

주 접촉하며 영 안에 충족-함 얻겠네

3- 주 영광 얼굴 빛 내 진정 사모해

다른 곳 향하지 않고 늘 주-만 보겠네

4- 이 교통 안에서 내 은혜 되신 주

내 마음 즐겁게 하며 영 충-만케 하네

5- 주님 자신으로 적셔질 때까지

늘 말씀 읽고 기도해 주를- 추구하리

9:1 예수님께서 길을 가시다가, 날 때부터 눈먼 이를 보셨다.

2 제자들이 예수님께 ``랍비님 누가 죄를 지어서 이 사람이  눈먼이로 태어났습니까? 이 사람입니까? 아니면 그의 부모입니까?`` 라고 여쭈니

3 예수님께서 대답하셨다. ``이 사람이나 그의 부모가 죄를 지은것이 아니라 그에게서 하나님의 일이 나타나기 위한 것입니다.

이 사례는 율법의 종교가 눈먼 이를 어떤 방법으로도 도울수 없었다는 것을 더욱 분명히 증명한다. 그러나 세상의 빛이신 주님은 그에게 생명의 방법으로 시력을 주셨다.

애굽에서 죄의 종 돼 - 252장

1

Far away the noise of strife upon my ear is falling,

Then I know the sins of earth beset on every hand;

Doubt and fear and things of earth in vain to me are calling,

None of these shall move me from Beulah Land.

I’m living on the mountain, underneath a cloudless sky,

I’m drinking at the fountain that never shall run dry;

O yes, I’m feasting on the manna from a bountiful supply,

For I am dwelling in Beulah Land.

Far below the storm of doubt upon the world is beating,

Sons of men in battle long the enemy withstand;

Safe am I within the castle of God’s word retreating,

Nothing then can reach me, ’tis Beulah Land.

Let the stormy breezes blow, their cry cannot alarm me,

I am safely sheltered here, protected by God’s hand;

Here the sun is always shining, here there’s naught can harm me,

I am safe forever in Beulah Land.

Viewing here the works of God, I sink in contemplation,

Hearing now His blessed voice, I see the way is planned;

Dwelling in the spirit, here I learn of full salvation,

Gladly will I tarry in Beulah Land.

Beulah means Married in Hebrew (cf. Isaiah 62:4)

252-애굽에서 죄의 종 돼

1- 애굽에서 죄의 종 돼 평강 모르던 나 자유 얻어 보려

벽돌 적게 구웠네 오히려 더 부담 늘어

고통 속에 빠져 영광의 땅 들어 본적 없네

2- 하나님의 유월절 양 피로 구속 얻어 침례 받고

애굽 떠나 광야로 갔네 구부러진 광야 길을

계속 방황하며 그 땅에 갈 믿음이 없었네

3- 그리스도 나를 높여 하늘에 앉히니 공중 권세

무너지고 사탄 쩔쩔매 주 예수의 이름 앞에

음부 물러나네 영광의 땅 승리의 땅일세

4- 한량없는 평강 기쁨 비교할 데 없네 안식 안에

근심 없네 외로움 없네 달콤한 그 사랑 교통

얼마나 좋은지 항상 찬송 넘쳐 영광의 땅

난 이제 올라가네 맑은 하늘 높은 산

끝없이 넘쳐나는 산 샘을 마시네 풍성과 은혜 넘쳐나네

젖과 꿀 흐르는 땅 난 이제 거해 영광의 땅
