15:6 사람이 내 안에 거하지 않으면, 가지처럼 밖에 던져져 말라 버립니다. 그러면 사람들이 그것들을 모아다가 불에 던져 태웁니다.

7 여러분이 내안에 거하고 내 말이 여러분안에 거하면, 무엇이든지 여러분이 원하는 것을 구하십시오. 그러면 여러분에게 이루어질 것입니다.

8 여러분이 열매를 많이 맺는 이것으로 내 아버지는 영광을 받으시고, 여러분은 내 제자가 될것입니다.

9 아버지께서 나를 사랑하신것 같이 나도 여러분을 사랑하였으니, 내 사랑안에 거하십시오.

10 내가 아버지의 계명들을 지켜 그분의 사랑안에 거하는 것같이, 여러분이 내 계명들을 지키면 내 사랑안에 거할 것입니다.

11 내가 이러한 것들을 여러분에게 말한것은 내 기쁨이 여러분안에 있게하고, 여러분의 기쁨이 충만하게 하도록 하려는 것입니다.

우리가 주님안에 거하여 그분의 말씀을 우리안에 거하게 할때에 우리는 사실상 그분과 하나이며, 그분은 우리안에서 일하신다.
